i was upgraded to the tatami room, which im very thrilled about. it was small but perfect for solo travelers. can be a challenge if u are a family with kids. i got the corner, city view which has floor to ceiling windows. amazing views l, especially at night. service & staff was very helpful. very clean. they have a japanese toilet (bidet). there is a whiskey bar on the 25th floor, next to the gym. unfortunately no sauna, but it was good enough. awesome restaurant too. location was 7min walk from wanchai MTR station. u can also do a 10-15min walk to causeway bay (great for shopping).

I checked out of the semi-brothel (Brighton Hotel - Lockhart Rd) that your advertisement persuaded me that it was a 4 star hotel. It was awful in the extreme, and based on its photo advertisement it is nothing like that. It is surrounded by 'red light' establishments and I was harassed by individuals in the doorways of neighbouring establishments as soon as I stepped outside The Brighton, for food. Your advertising for this Brighton Hotel is misleading in the extreme. The environment in disreputable and feels unsafe. I also forfeited my pre- paid 2 nights. Anything after the Brighton Hotel would be acceptable, AKI was lovely! Bookings .com on the other hand, should reimburse me for the 2 nights I had to forego as my 3 nights were prepaid. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m just as pleased as before. The design is beautiful – lots of wood and high-quality materials create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The view of the city is amazing, and the location is very convenient, with the metro, bus stops, and ferry terminal all nearby. I also love Malin and Goetz toiletries, which I remembered from my previous stay. The rooms are quite small, but they’re well-designed and perfect for one person – every detail is thoughtfully considered, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. I think this hotel offers excellent value for money

Decor is really nice. Staff are super friendly and even upgraded our room when we go there. Room was very generous in size and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend
